They have gained expertise at well-known healthcare organizations and supported federal, state, and private contracts in areas such as clinical quality measure (CQM) development, electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) creation, standards, testing, and consensus development endorsement. Chana brings a broad range of experience, from clinical and administrative roles at reputable healthcare organizations to supporting numerous federal contracts in clinical quality measurement (CQM). Her expertise spans the entire CQM lifecycle. Since 2011, her primary focus has been on electronic clinical quality measurement, where she has played key roles in development, testing, and standards development. She has practical knowledge of how technology impacts healthcare. Chana has a keen ability to spot measurement gaps, interpret pitfalls, and identify challenges in implementation.
